The RSC GTZ Side Skirts were inspired by the stock Z06 side skirts but are not a direct copy. Designed by a former GM Designer with a level of talent usually only available to Big Three manufacturers—you’ll find the surfaces of this product match the C8 design language unlike any other product on the market.

We engineered these skirts to be slightly wider and taller than the stock Z06 skirt for a more aggressive stance, and extended the profile so it stretches the full length of the rocker panel from wheel to wheel. Whether you’re building a show car or a track weapon, the GTZ Side Skirts deliver the OEM+ aesthetic that makes your Z06, E-Ray, Grand Sport, or ZR1 truly stand out.

Construction & Materials

Manufactured using pre-impregnated (prepreg) visible carbon fiber saturated with aerospace-grade epoxy resin, then autoclave-cured under precise pressure and temperature for maximum strength-to-weight ratio. This is the same manufacturing process used on factory Corvette carbon fiber components and produces that high-end supercar fit and finish discerning owners demand. The GTZ Side Skirts also utilize a special high-temperature resin system that resists discoloration and warping not found on lower-cost options. Finished with a premium UV-inhibiting clear coat that resists hazing and yellowing under harsh sunlight, maintaining that showroom finish for years. The flat, consistent weave pattern achieved through autoclave curing can’t be matched by less expensive wet-laid products.

Note: The term “visible carbon” simply refers to the weave being exposed—it is not a type of carbon fiber. Many products advertised as “visible carbon fiber” are only a top layer of carbon fiber with fiberglass or cheaper material underneath. RSC GTZ Side Skirts are constructed entirely of high-quality pre-impregnated carbon fiber throughout.

Design & Engineering

The GTZ Side Skirts are a clean-sheet RSC design—not a copy of the OEM skirts. Every detail was engineered to enhance the aggressive profile of the wide-body C8. The extended length spans the full rocker panel from wheel arch to wheel arch, while the increased width and height create a more planted, purposeful stance compared to factory skirts.

Available in two finish options to match your build: exposed gloss carbon fiber with premium clear coat, or Carbon Flash Black Metallic paint to match your factory trim.
